ENTutor take your privacy and safety, and the student’s privacy and safety seriously.

Any information that you and the student share with the tutor will be kept confidential, and destroyed after the tutoring ends. This includes full names and addresses, and notes about the student’s assessment and lesson notes.

In order for the student to be registered for tutoring, the tutor must know your full name, the student’s full name, the student’s school or college, and the full address for correspondence with the parents or guardians, together with an email address and a telephone number. These will be kept secure under lock and key, following GDPR.

For Child Safety, the tutor from ENTutor will have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring (DBS) Certificate which you can view upon request. If the tutor thinks that there are safeguarding questions, or the student reveals any safeguarding concerns, the tutor will contact the Safeguarding lead at the student’s school or college.
